How long can a trustee hold out on making payments to heirs? On May 15, it will be 2 years since mom died? - release of liability clause
The director, (my sister) is our money "hostage". She wants all to an indemnity clause to sign the Freedom of responsibility, but we are held accountable for the trust. It is dishonest to the date of death of the mother. She tried to cover loans that their children had agreements. We learn that a clause on the "compensation" very rare, and we believe they should celebrate, or why should he one? Can an inquiry by a judge on the anniversary of 2 years, ordered the closure of the trust and pay the rest of our heritage? Any help in this matter would be very grateful. I think think the SIS, it does nothing for none of us have enough money to pay lawyers and court fees. I think a simple letter from a judge who ordered the closure of the trust will cost us much money. What do you think?

It can keep forever. It is with the money and probably the interest payment. I do not think that children's legal to take on trust. This question of ethics and law class, you may have different answers.
Your problem requires a discussion with counsel. Different laws in different places. Call this book.
You can have a consultation with a lawyer at a lower price. You really need to do this because you already know about irregularities in the administration.
